Jonny's story

I met Jonathan Saville today, a man who had a really bad experience in the area of Boscombe recently.

On the 2nd September Jonny went to visit his friend in Boscombe, and ended up with his phone being stolen from him.

As he was walking back home through the town center, he got robbed.

"There were people around me but none of helped. None of the people around me wanted to get in trouble I guess. The robber took my phone, pushed me hard to the ground and ran away."

Jonny says he has friends who live in Boscombe who have never been involved in or witnessed any crime scenes. However they are always very careful with their belongings when going outside and avoid walking alone in the late hours.
